Client Experience Specialist

We are looking for an energetic person who is focused on delivering the best possible experience to our valued clients. As a Client Experience Specialist, you will welcome our guests as they arrive for their appointment and answer their calls. With complete client focus, you will work alongside another Client Experience Specialist to maintain the timely responsiveness our clients have grown accustomed to. We welcome candidates that possess the ability to start a conversation and make our clients feel at home.

Other activities you will perform as a Client Experience Specialist include preparing conference rooms for client meetings, scheduling client reviews, lobby upkeep, incoming/outgoing mail, account maintenance, data entry, and marketing projects. We are a firm that embraces learning, change, process and technology, and teamwork, so we’ll count on your contributions to various projects that are part of a growing firm.

We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about helping clients, good communicators, self-starters, reliable, organized, and are able to follow-through on activities in a timely manner. This position requires the ability to work well in both a self-directed manner and in a collaborative team environment while embracing the firm’s core values.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming phone calls.
  • Deliver high quality client service in a professional, caring, and compliant
    manner.
  • Serve refreshments to guests and clients.
  • Maintain lobby and conference rooms for cleanliness.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple advisors.
  • Data entry, scanning, and filing.
  • Order office supplies.
  • Reception & General Office upkeep (water plants, stock water in
    refrigerators, dishwasher, paper in printers, etc.)
  • Receive and sort mail/packages.
  • Money movements, and check deposits.
  • Coordinating client events, card mailings, order gifts for special occasions.
  • Occasionally sit in meetings for understanding of what we do.
  • Special projects as they arise.

Requirements at a Minimum:

  • High School Diploma, College Degree preferred.
  • Client Services experience in office setting preferred.
  • Knowledge of Redtail CRM a plus.

  • Savvy with technology (including Microsoft Windows) with the ability to learn in-house programs and tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain full compliance with State and Federal Securities Laws and Legacy Financial Groups internal policies and procedures.

Certified Financial Planner

Currently, we are looking to add an experienced financial planner to our team. The candidate should be comfortable with a dynamic and purposeful environment. We also seek the highest quality candidates who can grow with the firm as it expands and grows. With significant assets under management, the company has put in place the systems and tools you would expect to help grow and manage the business but is still open to you and your ideas on making the client experience even better.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial advice based on a clear understanding of your fiduciary responsibility to place your clients’ interests ahead of your own.
  • Develop client relationships through regular client meetings and communications.
  • Complete planning updates and portfolio reviews. Collaborate with clients to arrive at agreed solutions and execute portfolio changes.
  • Support data gathering and preparing drafts of comprehensive financial plans including analyses requested by clients.
  • Demonstrate capability and expertise in engaging new clients.
  • Be creative, problem solve, and enjoy the work.
  • Ownership opportunities may exist for the right candidates.

Requirements at a Minimum:

  • Proficient in: eMoney
  • CFP®
  • Series 65 or the intent to take it
  • Client-focused approach with excellent listening and retention skills
  • A deep desire to grow in knowledge and experience
  • A love of providing clients with clear solutions
