Rachel joined Legacy in the spring of 2026 as a Client Service Specialist. Rachael is a detail-oriented and dependable Client Service Specialist with a strong foundation in client service and logistics. Since graduating high school in 2021, she has proudly served in the U.S. National Guard as a Logistical Specialist, where she has developed key strengths in organization, problem-solving, teamwork, and the ability to manage complex tasks with efficiency and care.
Known for her strong communication skills, reliability, and positive attitude, Rachael excels at building meaningful connections with clients and colleagues alike. She thrives in fast-paced, people-focused environments where accuracy and clear communication are essential, consistently delivering high-quality service while adapting quickly to new challenges.
Her military experience has strengthened her ability to stay organized under pressure, think critically, and work both independently and collaboratively. Rachael is committed to continuous personal and professional growth, always seeking opportunities to learn and improve.
